An efficiency apartment, indoor stalls, paddock, and round pen

Facilities: (4) 12' x 12'  indoor stalls with mats in new facility.  H/C Wash Area.  Fenced paddock/runs, and a 50' round pen.  Dogs are welcome.  Heated and cooled, furnished 12' x 22' apartment with queen fold out couch, bathroom with shower, and efficiency kitchen.  Linens furnished upon request.  Water and electrical hookup available for trailers.  Horse Haulers Welcome!  Vet and Farrier available. 

Other:  Current Coggins required. 

Location:  Located 25 miles southeast of Paducah, KY off I-24.  Also 25 miles northwest of Land Between the Lakes, Wranglers Campground off Hwy 68.

We are conveniently located 8 miles West of Exit 43 in Benton, KY on the Purchase Parkway which is approximately 8 miles South of Exit 25 of I-24.
